I haven't had the time to sit down and write anything. I'm thinking, because I don't have time, I may not go all-out for Nanowrimo. I'll definetly try to write a lot during the month, but I'm not going to stress myself out trying to get 50k of the story I want to do down. I've sort of been neglecting that story, anyways, because I've been so busy. But various other plots seem to be dancing around in my head, so maybe I'll write some of those down, too...

Sat in class today and fucked around with the pov for the story. I think I'm changing it. I think I'm going to have it play out in Robert's [main character] voice. He's the butler/house manager--he sees and hears everything. Who better to observe the action?

I don't have a solid plot yet. The basic premise is [I think, unless I change my mind] that the household is preparing for Madam's big yearly kinky event. Beyond that, I don't have a plot. I need something stronger to build this on. However, the brain is fixated on minutae right now, when it should be worried about the larger part of this.

So, I've decided, yet again, to do the insane and Nanowrimo my way into a permanent nervous tic. Didn't finish last year, but, dammit, I am going to finish this year. 50, 000 words can't be that hard. Can it?

At least I have the basic premise of the story lined up--a kinky household is preparing for the matriarch's big yearly kinky event. The main character is the butler and the pov is omnicient. And away we go. I need to dig up more information on formal manners and etiquette and uniforms and..and..

I'm hoping it'll be fun, at the very least. I really want to write this story..
